• Prohibited Jurisdictions: Users located in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency services are restricted or prohibited by law must refrain from using the Crypto Pay platform.

Any violation of these prohibited activities may result in immediate termination of access to the platform and may also lead to legal action as per applicable laws and regulations.

Termination

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

You agree that the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms of Service or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
